To me the Okanagan Valley is the Most beautiful place in the World to live. I was born and raised here and I take a great deal of pride in presenting it to visitors and locals alike. My real estate  perspective is unique in that having been raised on an Orchard here in the Okanagan I am able to pass on a great deal of important information to my real estate clients.

I strive to treat my clients in a professional and ethical manner, the same way I'd like to be treated if I was buying or selling real estate. Taking the time for you is paramount when building a strong and trustworthy working relationship.

Active within my community as a member of the Lake Country Rotary Club and sitting on the Lake Country Park Advisory Board I stay fresh with what is happening and where Lake Country is headed.

 After playing volleyball for Canada's Olympic Qualifying Volleyball teams and having represented Canada at World Championships and Pan Am Games I've returned to my community her e in the Okanagan and started my Brian Gatzke Volleyball Summer Camp for Kids which see's 2006 as 5 year anniversary. As well playing 7 years on the Fabled Southern California US AVP Pro Beach 2 Man Tour in the mid 90's, all the volleyball and father time began whispering in my ear...I retired after the Sydney Olympic Trials and returned home to my roots in the Okanagan valley.

Now concentrating on Real Estate with the same persistence and drive as I did as an athlete, I plan to serve my clients to the best of my professional ability. With a B.Sc from the University of Victoria in 2000, I'm well prepared with todays new technological approaches to business.
